Shaving For Men
Each morning countless men take part in an age-old ritual that's been around for centuries: shaving. Shaving for men, the art of removing one's facial hair using a razor, is a task that they will partake in from the time they hit their teen years until their twilight years. It's become so commonplace that most men hardly give it much thought. But as you complete this morning ritual, there are a few things you can do to get the closest, most comfortable shave possible.

Shaving Try to avoid shaving first thing in the morning. This gives your skin time to wake up, and any puffiness that you're experiencing will subside. You'll get a closer shave if your skin isn't swollen from the fluids of the night before. Also, using an exfoliate or facial scrub works wonders to prepare the skin for shaving. It removes dead skin cells and opens up pores.

For the actual shaving process, first splash warm or hot water on your face. This causes the hair shaft to swell and keeps the blade from cutting your skin. Once you do this, thoroughly massage shaving cream into your stubble. It provides a close shave and helps combat razor burn. Also, make sure you use a very sharp blade and rinse it often during the shaving process. Once you're done, apply a facial moisturizer to soothe your skin and keep razor burn at bay.

While shaving for men has been seen as mundane, these tips will help you have an enjoyable experience. Removing facial hair without cuts and burns makes the process more pleasant and comfortable.
